Oh. Hello.
My name is Nicole Victoria Domanski. I’ve been living in different areas of digital media since 2007. My career starting in Cleveland, Ohio. Since 2009, I’ve been building my professional network in Chicago, IL. I am energized by solving user problems, growing my skills related to intuitive, human-centered experiences and enabling scrappy product teams.
I’m a bit of a generalist, however, some of my favorite career experiences include:
- product strategy and delivery (app and web)
- design thinking activities (lean workshops, convergent and divergent thinking activities, service blueprinting)
- human-centered user experiences and systems thinking
- working in ambiguity (it’s my natural state) and adapting to the next new thing
- dabbling in various industries (hospitality, life sciences, logistics, manufacturing, retail, finance)
- taking a minority stake in a small B2B and B2C eCommerce business to help it grow from a service led organization to starting to productize our best solutions
- leading really smart agile teams made up of engineers, product designers and product managers
